Sub:- IATO Interactive Luncheon Meeting, on Thursday, the 1st March 2018 at 1130 hours at The Lalit Hotel, New Delhi

This is to remind you of the IATO Interactive Luncheon Meeting scheduled to be held on:-

Day/Date - Thursday, the 1st March 2018

Time - 1130 hours

Venue - The Lalit Hotel, (Crystal Ballroom),

Barakhamba Avenue, Connaught Place, New Delhi - 110001

Mrs. Rashmi Verma, Secretary (Tourism), Ministry of Tourism, Government of India has given her consent to join for the meeting. She will update the members on various initiatives being taken by the Ministry of Tourism. Also it will be an excellent opportunity for the members for direct interaction. We have also invited other senior officials from the Ministry of Tourism and Director General ASI for the meeting.

Agenda of the meeting is as follows:-

- In-house announcements by the Hony. Secretary

- Address by the President, IATO

- Updates by the Director General, ASI (confirmation awaited)

- Updates by the Secretary (Tourism), Government of India

- Open House, Question/Answer Session

- Summing up and Vote of Thanks by Vice President, IATO

- Lunch hosted by IATO

Please note lunch will be hosted by IATO and one person from each company is invited.

May I request the members to attend in large numbers and make use of this opportunity to interact with Secretary (Tourism) and Director General (ASI).
