Greetings from IATO !
The XXVI IATO Annual Convention is now going to be held in Udaipur, Rajasthan from 2–5 September, 2010. The venue of the convention is Hotel Inder Residency. The convention registration form and other details are enclosed herewith.
We seek active participation of all our members to make this convention successful and request for the following:-
(i) Your participation in the convention by registering as delegates. You can also register on-line at our website www.iato.in
(ii) Advertisement in the IATO Manual. Advertisement details/tariffs are attached.
(iii) Participation in Marketing Innovation Competition. Details for each category attached.
(iv) Taking booth in Indian Tourism Fair. Details attached
(v) Sponsoring Door Prizes that will be announced everyday during the business sessions.
(vi) Sponsoring Gift items to be put into delegates’ kit bags. Please note, no printed brochures/material would be accepted. Sample of gift proposed may be sent to IATO office for approval.
Special Air Fare for delegates:-
• We have approached Air India, Jet Airways and Kingfisher for special fare for travel to Udaipur and shall let you know the details in due course.
• However, members are advised to make their air booking on special fares offered through website by the airlines as the same may be cheaper presently on offer.
Post Convention Tours:-
Various post convention tours are being organized during the convention and members who wish to participate should indicate on the registration form.

Various post convention tours and spouse tours have been arranged for the convention delegates and also for their spouses as details given below. Delegates interested to join the tour may indicate tour no. on the registration form.
