Sub: List of Travel & Tourism Fair in Benelux and Scandinavian Countries
Placed below please find a consolidated list of Important Travel and Tourism Fairs being held in Benelux and Scandinavian Countries in 2012, wherein India Tourism Amsterdam would be participating.
These fairs are divided into two categories, A & B. In Category A, there are 5 fairs and in Category B, there are 3 fairs. Details of the participation fee for each fair category-wise are given below:

The participation entails one entrance badge, table space, and wherever possible listing in the official brochure. (Listing in official brochure will depend on receiving of the information from co-exhibitors before the deadline). Since the space is limited, the allocation will be done on a “First come first serve basis”. Table space will be confirmed on receipt of the payment by bank transfer to the account of India Tourism, Amsterdam .
Members who are interested in participating may kindly send an email to Ms. M. Sitalakshmi, Tourist Information Officer, email: tio@indiatourismamsterdam.com, info@indiatourismamsterdam.com and copy to director@indiatourismamsterdam.com before October 30, 2011 giving the details of the fair they would like to participate. India Tourism, Amsterdam will subsequently raise an invoice and payment should be made against the invoice for confirmation of space.
