Sub: IATO Monthly Interactive Luncheon Meeting, Saturday, 6th August, 2011 at The Park, New Delhi
Monthly Interactive Luncheon Meeting for the month of August will be held on Saturday, the 6th August, 2011 at 1230 hours at The Park Hotel, Parliament Street, New Delhi.
We have invited Mr. Vipul Mittra, Principal Secretary Tourism, Govt. of Gujarat, Mr. Kamlesh Patel, Chairman –Tourism Corporation of Gujarat Ltd. for interaction with our members.
On this occasion, IATO will formally announce the dates and the venue for its 27th Annual Convention to be held in September 2011.
Agenda of the meeting is as follows:-
- Introduction by Hony. Secretary
- Welcome Address by the President
- In-house announcements by the Hony. Secretary
- Address by Mr. Vipul Mittra, Principal Secretary Tourism, Govt. of Gujarat
- Address by Mr. Kamlesh Patel, Chairman, Tourism Corporation of Gujarat
- Interaction with the Members, Press & Media/Question-Answer session
- Vote of thanks by Sr. Vice President, IATO
- Lunch
One person from each company whose annual subscription is up-to-date on our records would be registered. However, additional person attending the meeting would be charged Rs. 900 (inclusive of taxes).
Confirmation should reach IATO office by 3rd August, 2011 to enable us confirm firm number of pax to the hotel and make other logistical arrangements.
