Sub: IATO Monthly Interactive Luncheon Meeting on Saturday, 7th August, 2010
IATO monthly interactive luncheon meeting for the month of August will be held on Saturday, the 7th August, 2010 at 1230 hours at Hotel Le Meridien, Janpath, New Delhi – 110001
During this luncheon meeting, we have invited Mrs. Usha Sharma, Principal Secretary Tourism, Govt. of Rajasthan. She is coming to Delhi to personally invite our members for the IATO convention being held in Udaipur from 2-5 September, 2010 and members will have an opportunity to interact with her.
We have also invited, Mr. Navaid Desai who has recently taken over as the Vice President (Sales and Marketing), Kingfisher Airlines for interaction with members. Also we have invited Mr. Nischal Bhasin, GM, Sales Jet Airways and awaiting his confirmation.
Agenda of the meeting is as under:-
1230 hrs. - In-house announcements
1300 hrs. - Presentation/Address by Mrs. Usha Sharma, Principal Secretary Tourism, Govt. of Rajasthan
1330 hrs - Presentation/Address by Mr. Navaid Desai/Mr. Nischal Bhasin.
1400 hrs - Question-Answer session
1430 hrs - Lunch
Members are requested to kindly reach in time.
Please note that in case more than one authorized representative/senior staff members of the same company wish to attend the meeting, they are welcome to join by paying a charge of Rs. 900/-.
Confirmation should reach IATO office by 5th August, 2010 to enable us confirm firm number of pax to the hotel and making other logistical arrangements.
