Scattered around India, It has created some of the most unique products, which delve deeply into the village India through its rivers, deserts, mountains, villages and festivals. With jungles and seas to follow. These products are in our philosophy of "Leadership through Innovation" and a tradition of constantly introducing newer concepts in the market:
On the Kerala Backwaters, we created the "Vaikundam" - the only wooden cruise houseboat with 9 cabins where a group can stay together. Where, the tour leader can explain to them as they cruise through the canals and experience the sites. Being a single hull boat, it can go through the narrow canals too, which other catamarans style boats can not! A perfect vessel for group travel, the first of its kind!
The boat is divided into lower and upper decks and has nine comfortable, well appointed and tastefully furnished cabins on the lower deck, each with large windows for uninterrupted views. With silent electric generation, air-conditioning and solar water heating, it offers a full range service.
The upper deck has a large air-conditioned dining area. A large sun deck in the front of the boat is an ideal place during day times for a sunbath or, evenings for star-gazing.
A Deluxe FIT houseboat “Sauvernigam” on the Kerala Backwaters.
Sauvernigam is the first eco friendly houseboat sailing the backwaters of Kerala!
So much so that it became the benchmark for certifying boats in the backwaters. It is the winner of the "most eco-friendly tourism project in Kerala - 1998/1999'. It was the first boat to utilize solar power, install sceptic tanks, etc..
One of the biggest two bedroom air-conditioned boats on the backwaters, it is 75 feet long and 15 feet wide. In fact, the two large bedrooms it offers are almost 50% bigger than the standard houseboats. The large sun deck offers a great view.
The Dera Dune Retreat, Jamba – Rajasthan.
In the distant reaches and vast expanse of the Thar Desert at a place called Jamba, far off the beaten tourist trail, we have constructed the unique and inspirational Dera Dune Retreat. Magnificently perched atop an over 100 feet high stabilized sand dune, the resort with it's pool and SPA offers a wonderful base to explore this remote area of Rajasthan and most importantly, to interact with the living cultures of the Bishnoi tribals, whose founding saint called Jambaji was born at this place called Jamba.
Known for their passion of conservation, this desert of the Bishnois is teeming with antelopes like the Indian Gazelle, Blackbucks and over 12000 migratory Damosielle Cranes and many birds of prey. The air-conditioned 4WD safaris into the desert is a great living and natural history experience.
With this region filled with tribal festivals and animal market fairs, this is a region of a multitude of very colourful festivals too.
Dera Lake View Retreat – Golden Triangle.
After the hustle and the bustle and the maddening crowds on the Golden Triangle, the mode of transport is camels (camel carts - if you so desire) and an escape into the hidden valleys of the Aravalli Hills. We use the local community for our various work in the retreat, including supplying camels. During the day, on camel back we proceed to visit the villages of the Meena tribals and in the evening, the local villagers perform around a campfire and many of our camel drivers also join in.
The location of the retreat is in a valley in the Aravali ranges between Agra and Jaipur, well off the main highway. It can be easily combined in an itinerary while visiting Delhi, Agra and Jaipur.
Luxury river cruise liner M .V . Mahabaah u – River Brahmaputra, Assam.

The only river of the world to flow under the shadows of the towering Eastern Himalayan mountains and only one amongst two rivers where elephant, jeep and boat safaris are done. The experience offers national parks, various tribal villages, Hindu tantric temples and Vashwanite monasteries, ruins of old empires and tea plantations. In Kaziranga National Park, see the single horned rhinos, elephants, wild buffaloes and fresh water dolphins.
The SPA of the ship is in the lower deck while the lounge, bar, seminar room, reception and indoor dinning are in the main deck. The Superior, Superior with Balcony & Suite Cabins are in the first and second decks, offering great views.
